Abstract

Summary

In this paper, well test data analysis is performed on a gas-condensate well in the south of Iran, then the results are verified with the outputs of a commercial compositional simulator. Due to the strong effect of velocity on relative permeability, capillary number model is accounted for in the model and in order to achieve more accurate results, fine grid single well modeling is used. The objective of this study is investigating the effect of condensate blockage on gas and condensate productivity and also on the relative permeability variation with respect to distance from the well.
