f Automation of 2D resistivity surveying

High resolution two dimensional (2D) resistivity measurements can yield information of major interest for e.g. engineering, groundwater and environmental applications. However, to obtain high resolution it is necessary to automate the data collection proces, as manual data is impractical in terms of time and labour requirements. In turn, the large amounts of data being collected with an automated data collection system necessitates automation of data processing, interpretation and presentation.
