Abstract

The Gullfaks Field is located in the central part of the East Shetland Basin in the Norwegian sector of the northern North Sea. It is one of the giant fields in the prolific Brent Sand Area. The license group consists of Statoil (operator), Norsk Hydro and Saga Petroleum.
