f Hydrocarbon potential of upper Jurassic (Brae) sediments along the western marging of Utsira High, Norway

Several Upper Jurassic discoveries have been made in the southern Viking Graben. Three main fields with Upper Jurassic reservoirs were discovered in UK block 16/7; North Brae 16/7-1 (1975), Central Brae 16/7-3 (1976) and South Brae 16/7a-8 (1977). Further exploration based on knowledge from these fields resulted in the discovery of the Miller Field in 1982.
