It provokes the manifestations of various seismic-hydrogeological phenomena with negative or positive influence over the geoenvironment and the society. In these conditions the UNESCO-BAS Project “Seismic-hydrogeological vulnerability of geoenvironment and society in the Balkan area” represents a very actual task. It is attractive for the scientific research and for the application in the life. The Project is a multinational
