Abstract
In 1998 National Survey & Cadastre - Denmark has performed an airborne gravity campaign in the Polar Sea to the north of Greenland. The airborne gravity system is based on a LaCoste & Rumberg S gravimeter updated to airborne use and a Twin Otter aircraft. It has proven to be a very reliable system with a performance that makes it an obvious tool for geophysical exploration in sedimentary basins.
