Abstract
The results of practical application of the complex of geoelectric methods of forming short-pulsed electromagnetic field (FSPEF) and vertical electric-resonance sounding (VERS), as well as georadar soundings for operative engineering-geological examination of housing area are given. They witness that used complex allows to select the zones with raised soil moistening, to define the directions of filtration water flow migration, to estimate the bedding depths and thicknesses of watered horizon of rocks, to define on area the loose sediments thicknesses and depths to the gruss and granite basement upper boundaries, to select and trace the tectonic fractures. This complex can be also used for the monitoring observations on building areas for the determination of the building objects influence on engineering-geological conditions of housing areas and neighbouring territory.
