Slip Sweep Method of Seismic Acquisition in the Conditions of the Central Russia

The main purpose of field vibroseis acquisition by Slip-Sweep method is a significant increase in performance. However, besides the increased performance, the method has a drawback in the form of occurrence of extraneous waves-interference, generated by the work of the neighboring shot points. In order to suppress this type of interference three ways were developed, the first of which provides an acceptable suppression of noise from the SP powered previously, the second – provides an acceptable suppression of noise from the SP powered later, the third – combines the both mentioned methods and cleans data from interference of neighboring SP as of early and late shooting.
