Anisotropic Velocity Models Building for Pre-Stack Depth Migration Assisted by Full-Wave Acoustic Logging Measurements

Well Driven Seismic team is accounted for several VTI anisotropic velocity models in the context of different projects, and on basis of its experience, the methodology was created. The most important feature of these projects is the presence of full-wave acoustic logging estimations of anisotropy. Accounting of these measurements allows to significantly decrease the uncertainty in velocity models and, consequently, to improve the seismic imaging.
