Abstract

Summary

The Cenozoic igneous rocks is widely development in BZ34oilfield,the bohai area.Due to the influence of different stages of igneous rock which is unevenly distributed. The influence of the igneous rock is different in the structure underlying Igneous. It can’t truly reflect the underground structure by The conventional time-depth conversion method, and it will increase the risk of exploration and development. In this paper, we propose a new method for structural recovery in igneous rock area. Firstly, we analyse the impact of igneous rock using numerical simulation method, and then establish the relationship between the igneous rock thickness and the amount of time correction. Secondly, we calculate the total thickness of igneous rock by using the interval velocity constrained inversion, then we can get the time-correction of seismic event. Lastly, we correct time-depth relationships to eliminate the effects of igneous rock, and get more accurate structural maps by time-depth conversion. The drilling results show that this method can effectively improved the precision of structural mapping. It also provides strong technical support for the first time to carry out the oilfield evaluation under the Cenozoic igneous rocks in bohai sea and has good application value.
