Production logging is an efficient method for dynamic production monitoring and post-fracturing evaluation in shale gas play. At present, the technology that data acquisition in the domestic field is mature relatively, however, there are some problems that strong multiple solution of data interpretation and low level of data application. According to above problems, this paper illustrated the method of data interpretation and analyzed the general steps and problems need attention in the process of data processing. The paper researched the correlation analysis of borehole logging curves and hydraulic fracturing parameters with production logging data, acquired the sensitive parameters of borehole logging and hydraulic fracturing, and analyzed the major impact factors of production contribution. Models with non-uniform fracture properties are built to take into the consideration of production logging results, and production rate and estimated ultimate recovery (EUR) are predicted by the models with non-uniform fractures for the case well. Through the research and application of production logging data, understanding the situation of gas flow in horizontal lateral, improving the application area of logging data, and the researched conclusions can provide the reasonable suggestions for afterward completion and production optimization.
