Abstract
Summary
In this paper, we have successfully applied visco-acoustic least square migration(VLSRTM) on a 3D land data. We also propose a CPU/GPU hybrid parallel computation strategy for implementing VLSRTM. Numerical examples demonstrate that when compared with conventional least square migration method, the anelastic effect is compensated correctly with VLSRTM and higher resolution.imaging result is obtained. The significant improvement of computational efficiency by using the present CPU/GPU hybrid parallel computation strategy is also verified.
