Abstract

Summary

The results of tectonophysical study of the upper part of the Earth’s crust on the river Yuzhny Bug between localitys Gaivoron and Zavallya within the Bug block of the Ukrainian Shield are presented. The purpose of the work was to study the deformation of rocks and restore paleostresses for the subsequent construction of the geodynamic model of the earth’s crust of the Pobuzhsky ore mining district. as well as the development of methods for the complex interpretation of the rock magnetic structure with respect to the ellipsoid parameters of the anisotropy of the magnetic susceptibility and deformations of various scale levels (macro- and microdeformations). Field tectonophysical studies were performed using the structural-paragenetic method for various depth levels [ ]. The obtained data made it possible to clarify the tectonic history and deformation mechanisms of the study area Earth’s crust.
