Abstract
The results of use mathematical statistics for assessing the nature of reservoir rock saturation in terrigenous sections of the gas and gas condensate Neogene deposits at the Bilche-Volytska zone Precarpathian deflection are listed. The results of processing geophysical researches data with the use of mathematical statistics for estimation the character of saturation and allocation oil and gas-saturated rock-collectors are presented. According to the complex analysis of geological and geophysical results with the use of mathematical statistics, thin-layered clay rocks are distinguished among the Dashava’s sandstones at the Sarmatian tier in gas and gas condensate deposits of the Bilche-Volytska zone Precarpathian deflection. According to the results of borehole studies, it has been established that, with almost the same lithological composition, geological sections are characterized by different thicknesses of layers, conditions of lithotypes occurrence, their distribution in area and content of clay component. The use of statistical moments of the third and fourth orders (asymmetry and excess) increases the results informativeness of wells geophysical studies in thin-layered gas and gas condensate Neogene deposits at the Bilche-Volytska zone Precarpathian deflection.
