Abstract

Summary

At any stage of development of subsurface resources there are uncertainties of geological and technological nature that cause economic risks for the subsoil user. The report describes the author’s algorithmic approach, which makes it possible to objectively evaluate these risks and make balanced management decisions at all stages of studying and developing hydrocarbon resources. The suggested methodology includes interplay with geological and geophysical data bases, detailed hydrodynamic modeling of the field development processes, and also takes into account the complexity of the geological structure of the objects.
