Abstract

Summary

The author has applied a conceptual approach to the preparation of subsoil licensing proposals and consolidated his many years’ experience in monitoring of subsoil use in Eastern Siberia and direct involvement in the substantiation of high-priority targets. The method effectiveness is due to the availability of initial and interpreted data base, the consideration of the regulatory and legal framework of subsoil use rights, the application of analytical tools, and the assessment of blocks and zones based on geological, geophysical, and economic criteria.
