We present data showing the impact of unmanned aerial systems (UAS) propeller motors electrical noise on the acquisition of electromagnetic induction (EMI) signals. Multiple motor speeds and standoff distances are evaluated. Results indicate an optimum EMI sensor standoff distance from operating UAS motors.
