Abstract

Summary

In present moment using real-time data of wellbore images in horizontal wells is widely used. Wellbore images helps to determine DIP angle and DIP azimuth of layer. This data simplify well trajectory adjustment and decrease risks of wrong decisions. But they also has some geological and technological limitations which influenced on interpretation. Knowing this limitations will help to correctly understand images data and prevent wrong decisions
