Abstract
Summary
The aim of the work is to develop an algorithm for selecting options for side-chasing (horizontal) wellbores in underground gas storages. Unlike the existing methods, similar in purpose, the algorithm selects the most cost-effective options and distributes them across a group of wells that are connected by a general requirement for the total peak gas withdrawals from the underground gas storage.
